L'Aquafitness est une
activité soutenue qui reprend les bases de l'Aquagym de manière plus dynamique
et en associant du petit matériel (haltères, frites, step, gants de boxe...)<o:p></o:p>

Le Circuit Training est
une activité moderne de haute intensité pour travailler essentiellement le cardio
et renforcement musculaire. En musique, les exercices sont réalisés à l'aide de
matériel (trampoline, step, sac de frappe, vélo, haltères...). L’activité est
organisée autour de 4 ateliers afin de solliciter l’ensemble du corps.<o:p></o:p>

L'Aquapilates est une activité à la
fois douce et tonique qui allie renforcement musculaire, équilibre et posture.
Les muscles travaillent en profondeur soit sur le haut ou le bas du corps. Le
gainage et la respiration sont au centre de cette activité ouverte à tous.<o:p></o:p>
